Send us an email to info@brainbloomershop.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation. You will then immediately receive a confirmation of the cancellation by e-mail. 
If your order is already on its way to you, a cancellation is no longer possible.

After we have received and checked your product, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of the goods by e-mail. Here you will also be informed about the returned items and the amount we will credit to your account.
